CitiBazar is a multi-vendor marketplace connecting independent sellers with buyers across India. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

Buyer Terms

Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information and to pay for orders using the available payment methods. Orders are fulfilled by independent sellers; CitiBazar facilitates the transaction, payment protection, and dispute resolution.

Seller Terms

Sellers must complete verification, list only genuine products, maintain accurate stock and pricing, and dispatch orders within the committed timelines. Payouts are made on a 7-day settlement cycle to the registered bank account.

Prohibited Items

Counterfeit goods, restricted items, and products that violate Indian law may not be listed. CitiBazar may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Liability

CitiBazar acts as an intermediary marketplace. While we verify sellers and protect payments, product warranties and representations remain the seller's responsibility.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
